Great picture!!! You really have a way with words and expressing yourself….. To the post below well said, the ones that do make it as “artists” I hear on main stream radio are CRAP!!! It is a shame that more artists like you are not known and I admire your drive to be true to who you are regardless of money. Some people just do not understand it is not about money when it is true and passionate. As for me, I completely enjoy and savor my music. It motivates me, makes me think and helps me through things. I tip my hat to you!

True Art gets lost in the vast media of insignificant commercialism and deaf listerners. Our heads are full of what’s hot and what’s not and we get caught up in the copycat idols, who don’t know the first thing about real music and push their so call “music” like a dope peddler, who pushes his dope on a lost addict. Yes, modern technology allows the a real artist to share his amazing talent globally and every so often the genuis of his artistic ability is recognized. All one needs to do is listen! True Artistry survives, commercial fluff lasts only till the next “hit” from the dope pusher. Keep doing your thing, your genuis will be heard!

It is with heartfelt sadness that I acknowledge your assessment of the changes in the music industry due to the blessings and curses of the internet and associated technologies.
And I also share sadness that such unenlightened masses, of which Pete is simply one example, have all been numbed by the multitudinouseness (my new word for the day) of the ocean that is modern day connectedness.
The same situation of course is damaging/changing the book publishing business and making it both easier to publish, and harder to become known.
The view I hold that ‘It’s All Too Much’ is appropriate to this discussion and I wonder how we will all survive if and when our infrastructure which we take for granted and rely so much upon crumbles away with coming ‘changes.’
The Kafka-essness of this blooming electro-tech culture is stupifying.

Well, having just stumbled into your personal intro to Tilt, my note of last evening seems rather badumpbump. Of course you are not too close to it, but still, one could at some point view it as the ‘next thing’ to go visual, if not on stage screen and boobtube, then oldstyle MTV production. But I do see the Alchemist at work and pieces of every great drama I’ve encountered. But it doesn’t stop there… as I said there is the whole gestalt thing going on, and not just with Tilt, but the others fit also.
I think your cameraman is doing just fine. He’s capturing feelings that the music expresses.

This song is so important, and meaningful. Iit reminds me of the warrior in every soldier I served as well as myself during 1974-1983 as a US Marine Corps veteran. We would have used this song as a sense of motivational inspiration for combat training, daggers raised being our swords to lead into battle to serve our country and corps, enduring everything to make life free for others.

This is truly a beautifully written song, driven with ricnhess and depth. Relationships struggle to survive, this song is so revelent and powerful. It depicts those feelings of emptiness, lying verses instead of feeling the truth of another.
